2 weeks to go till my surgery! I am getting more and more EXCITED!
So last night I had the first crazy dream about the trip. So, I was driving in a rental car with 2 ladies, yes, I was the one driving, it was 1:25pm I was driving around San Diego trying to figure out why they hadn’t picked me up to take me to the beach house yet and just realized I FORGOT our birth certificates and driver’s licenses. Don’t ask me HOW I was driving or rented a car without my license. Maddi was DoorDashing on foot, so I called her. For some reason the call went to a 3 way with Maddi and the restaurant Maddi was walking to. I was FREAKING out asking if Maddi had remembered them. Maddi couldn’t understand me so hung up and called me back. She started freaking out because she had forgotten them too. I called Pompeii, they told me to calm down and have my mom overnight them and I was like MY MOM DOESN’T DRIVE. They calmed me down by saying she doesn’t have to drive anywhere; we can get it picked up from the house and they pushed my surgery back 2 days. I said OK well I must cancel my hotel on the way home.
Today is my first day of no veggies for a few months. Which makes me sad because I do LOVE veggies, but I KNOW it’s totally worth it. Next week I start my week of semi-liquid. I’m looking forward to figuring out what my new stomach will like and not tolerate.
