Mental Health Update


Hey everyone, it's Maddi here. Just felt like it was time for a little update on our blog. Things are getting real as Marylyn's surgery approaches. On a brighter note, my mental health has been improving lately – those meds are really doing their job! Marylyn will soon be starting a liquid or puree diet, and she'll fill you in on all the details in an upcoming blog post.


I'm blown away by all the love and support we've been getting from our followers, whether it's for my transition or Marylyn's weight loss journey. Seriously, you guys are amazing. As for me, I'm currently feeling the burn from some resistance band workouts. Now that my mental health is on the upswing, I'm back into my workout routine. Slowly but surely, I'm shaking off that funk and moving forward. Remember, folks, mental health matters. You matter. Never forget that. You are worthy of living your best life, no matter what anyone else says. And I'm telling you this firsthand!


When we first started sharing our journeys on social media, I never imagined it would blow up like this. We're just two regular people putting ourselves out there, and now we've got over 200k followers across all our socials. It's been incredibly motivating, and it's all thanks to you. You're not just followers – you're our accountability partners in this journey.
